¿When and how to start a module?

We open our MODULES in packages of 12 classes: the first or second week of the month, depending on the Japanese calendar. Group courses are initiated with a minimum of two students and a maximum of five students.

What and How to Pay?

At ATSUMARUTOKORO, we offer flexible payment options so you can tailor your payment to your needs and preferences. Below, we explain the two available payment methods:

• 12 Classes full Package Payment: If you prefer to pay for a complete package, consisting of 12 classes of 90 minutes each, either in groups or personalized classes, you can do so as follows: Make a deposit of the total amount into the ATSUMARUTOKORO account, including the 10% direct tax. Add to that amount the registration fee of 2,200円 and the membership cost of 4,400円. All values already include a 10% tax; please note that this tax amount is subject to government regulations.
• Four Classes Monthly Payment: If you seek a more flexible option, you can choose to pay monthly for the value corresponding to four classes per month. To begin, you will need to make the first payment, which includes the registration fee and the membership cost. All bank payments or deposits must be made at the beginning of each month.

What about the Enrollment and Membership Fee? Registration is the fee you pay when starting a course. The amount depends greatly on the institute, school, or informal education center. In the case of ATSUMARUTOKORO, the registration fee is a one-time payment starting from January 1, 2024. This covers processes such as copies, receipts, and initial materials. Membership is paid once per year. It covers services such as cleaning, WiFi, electricity, water, and materials throughout that year.

Should I pay for the Culture and Cooking Classes, meetings, and other events at ATSUMARUTOKORO?

Not necessarily. Generally, our meetings and clubs are free, but if you wish to bring something to share with the group, it will be very welcome. In the event that our events and activities require an additional fee, such as cooking classes, cultural classes with guests from other provinces, restaurants, museums, or excursions, you will pay for those services individually or with an appropriate fee.
